Robert Ndoping is the founder of the SSCS™ Model and a seasoned Executive Strategy Coach with decades of experience helping leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations move from carrying everything themselves to building the structure that carries the mission.
A Certified Business Coach with internationally recognized credentials from the International Coach Academy, Robert sharpened his strategic and structural thinking through the prestigious “Getting It Done” MBA course at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
Robert holds two master’s degrees in International Development and Welfare Management, equipping him with a unique perspective on organizational performance, cross-cultural leadership, and mission-driven impact. His global experience working with underserved populations, corporate leaders, and nonprofit organizations informs his holistic approach — blending strategic insight, structural systems, and practical coaching to help clients build organizations that don’t depend on any one person holding them together.
